Returns
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 calendar days of receipt. After the aforementioned timeframe, the goods are considered sold.
To initiate a return, please contact us via info@fossilsnh.com to request authorization.
Returned goods must be:

Unused and undamaged

In original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping costs and responsibility lie with the buyer. We recommend tracked and insured shipping. Refunds (minus the original shipping cost) will be processed within 10 working days upon receipt of the returned goods.
Custom-made or specially commissioned items are non-refundable.
Availability, Inaccuracies & Force Majeure
While we strive for precision, occasional errors in product information or availability may occur. We reserve the right to update or correct any detail at any time without prior notice.
FOSSILS NH is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, shipping disruptions, labor strikes, or supplier delays.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If- and only when - approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
