Orders & Pricing

All prices listed on the website are inclusive of VAT but exclude shipping charges.
International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. As these charges vary by country, FOSSILS NH cannot guarantee or predict them in advance.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, shipping costs, and product availability without prior notice. Errors in descriptions, pricing, or availability may occur. In such cases, you will be contacted before fulfillment.

Payment & Security

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers such as PayPal or international bank transfer.
Your payment information is never stored or accessed by us directly.

Order Cancellations

FOSSILS NH reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud or misuse. You will be notified promptly in such cases.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 calendar days of receipt.
To initiate a return, please contact us via info@fossilsnh.com to request authorization.

Returned goods must be:

Unused and undamaged
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs and responsibility lie with the buyer. We recommend tracked and insured shipping. Refunds (minus the original shipping cost) will be processed within 10 working days upon receipt of the returned goods.

Custom-made or specially commissioned items are non-refundable.

Availability, Inaccuracies & Force Majeure

While we strive for precision, occasional errors in product information or availability may occur. We reserve the right to update or correct any detail at any time without prior notice.

FOSSILS NH is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, shipping disruptions, labor strikes, or supplier delays.

Scientific Integrity & Responsibility

We take scientific accuracy seriously. While we strive to ensure that all specimens are properly identified and described, minor variations or updates in classification may arise. We work in close collaboration with experts and institutions to maintain the highest standards of authenticity and documentation.

Jurisdiction

All agreements are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution amicably. Should this fail, the Courts of Veurne, West Flanders will have exclusive jurisdiction.
