Shipping policy

Shipments are made with Bpost or another known carrier such as DHL or Fedex. We can also opt to ship items within respectable distance from our wokshop. We dispatch orders once a week. The prices listed for the items do not include shipping costs, these are automatically calculated based on the destination and total weight. You will see this during the ordering process.

Items are only shipped after payment has been received. 

Due to their volume or weight, safely shipping natural history items can be relatively expensive. Ordering several items at once make shipping relatively less expensive. 

After many years of experience, we are comfortable to ship goods and items under DAP incoterm conditions. This is a great service, meaning we select a trusted shipping company, and arrange delivery to your place. DAP rules also require the seller to clear goods for export, where applicable. Under DAP the buyer is responsible to clear the goods for import, pay import duty and carry out import customs formalities. FossilsNH and its appointed representatives cannot be held liable to any kind of refund if the buyer can not arrange or pay the import formalities and duties,
